Please choose your items carefully as change of mind refunds won't be accepted.

If there is a problem with any of the items that you have received please contact us immediately. You just report any order discrepancies within 48 hours of order receipt and your selected address or delivery point.

Under Australian Consumer Law you have the right to return any defective items within 14 calendar days of the goods being delivered The cancellation period will expire 14 calendar days after date of delivery.
